Hillman, Herbert and Cooper (Premier)

Hillman, Herbert & Cooper produced a full range of bicycles under the ‘Premier’ brand. They had top-class machines like the maginificent DHF, but also straightforward and relatively cheap models with solid forks and plain bearings.
